CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

  1. Bookings will be deemed confirmed on receipt of a deposit of €1.000.
  2. The cancellation of the banquet will give rise to the loss of the sum paid, to cover damages.
  3. A minimum of 50% of the total cost must be paid 10 days before the event, together with a list of tables and guests, specifying the location of high chairs, children's menus and special menus.
  4. The remainder is payable on the day of the wedding, in cash or by banker's draft.
  5. The invoice will be made based on the list of guests handed in ten days in advance. An increase or decrease of only 5% in relation to this number will be permitted
  6. Following the service the bride and the groom will have half an hour to greet their guests, give out gifts, etc. Dancing begins half an hour later, and lasts 2 hours, up to a final time of 9 p.m. for afternoon services, and 3 a.m. for evening services.
  7. Any extensions must be contracted in advance and will have a cost of €9.52 per hour and person.
  8. If you want to perform a civil ceremony it costs: 632 €
    Includes: preparations, 1 official (magistrate), microphones, stage, marquee for the celebrant, bride and groom, red carpet, floral decoration, seats with aisle.
  9. For parties of fewer than 80 guests:
    • -The free sample menu will be for 2 people.
    • The disc jockey, free bar during dancing and calmness treatment are not included.
  10. The client takes responsibility for any imperfections, breakages and other damages that may be caused due to reasons not attributable to the hotel in the wedding hall itself or in its installations, on the occasion of the wedding.
  11. Our prices include VAT 7%.
